What time can we check-in and out of our villa?
Standard check-in time is 2pm, and check-out 10am. If there is no booking immediately prior or after your booking we will accommodate earlier check-in’s and later check-out times. Please enquire with us whether this is possible for your stay.
Are linen and towels provided?
Yes. Linen and towels are provided at all of villas.
Are the villas serviced?
Yes. Please enquire how often your villa will be serviced as this varies dependent on your length of stay and rate. Additional servicing can also be arranged on request.
If we require services such as a chef or chaffeur can you provide this?
Yes. Please enquire with us, and we will do our best to assist.
How much is the security deposit/refundable breakages deposit?
The security deposit/refundable breakages deposit varies with each property. Please enquire about this for your villa.
When do we have to pay the security deposit/refundable breakages deposit?
The payment of the security deposit/refundable breakages deposit is allowed up until the day of arrival.
Do babies/toddlers count as a ‘guest’?
Only children who require a bed count as a ‘guest’. Please enquire with us should you need a cot for your stay.
What safety precautions are in place at the villas for children?
This varies. Many of our villas (but not all) do have measurements that can be put in place, including pool nets. Please enquire whether or not the villa is child-friendly. We will do what we can where possible to ensure the villa is child-safe.
What do we do if we find something broken/not operating at our villa?
All of our villas are checked thoroughly before every arrival. If we should miss something please inform us immediately so we can have the matter resolved.
Can we change the dates of our booking?
Should you need to change the dates of your booking, we will try our best to accommodate your booking at another time, or wherever possible.
How far is Shelley Point, Britannia Bay and Cape St Martin from Cape Town?
Shelley Point, Britannia Bay and Cape St Martin are approximately a 2 hour drive from Cape Town.
