Vineyards Villa is a brand new modern villa nestled in the exclusive Upper Constantia wine lands valley, with direct access into the vineyards. The villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 singles), expansive living and entertaining space, beautiful grounds and a large swimming pool.

The living/entertaining space is all on the ground level of the villa with the exception of the pajama lounge on the upper level that has a 42″ plasma TV. The expansive kitchen, living and dining room are all open plan with double volume ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen offers a gas hob and electric oven, double American fridge with ice and filtered water, and nespresso coffee machine. The living room offers an open wood fire place; reading corner; a large L-shaped sofa; and a 75″ UHD TV with Dstv Explorer (Premium satelite).

The kitchen and living space open up onto an enclosed dining/entertaining verandah, which completely opens up onto the garden and swimming pool with stack doors. This area offers a dining table for 12 guests, built in BBQ, and bar with two wine fridges.

Outside is a 12m swimming pool, sun loungers, open deck with seating, and a pool house with pool table and dart board. The villa offers DStv, wifi, excellent security and parking for 6 cars.
