Benguela Lagoon House is a 6 bedroom property close to the waters edge in Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate on the East Coast, just outside of Hermanus. The home is the perfect holiday destination for a big family or group, offering tons of space and amenities for all ages to have a fabulous holiday in a spectacular setting.

Benguela Lagoon House offers 6 en-suite bedrooms split over two levels and including a separate guest suite accessed from outside the main house. There is an abundance of living and entertaining spaces including a fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery and pantry; open plan living and dining (separated by a gas fireplace) and a braai room which all open onto the lagoon (and majestic mountains) facing deck with swimming pool. In the centre of the house is a wind protected courtyard with an enormous hot tub and bon fire pit.

There are two bedrooms on the lower level (including the outside guest suite) and 4 bedrooms on the upper level. All of the bedrooms are designed in such a way that they all have spectacular views. There is also a TV/pajama lounge upstairs as well a games room with table tennis and some gym equipment.

SERVICING 

Housekeeper lives on site and daily clean every morning after breakfast and again after dinner included

Linen changed weekly; towel change every 3 days

Any additional cleaning hours or laundry needs to be arranged

• The house is not ideal for anyone who battles with stairs as it is on multiple levels with many stairs
