BOOKING POLICY

Accommodation Rates

All rates are for the exclusive rental of the property. Rates are determined by the time of year. Some rates may be negotiable for long stays outside of peak times. All properties have a minimum stay requirement throughout year and anywhere between 4 and 14 nights during peak periods.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

In order to secure a booking, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount and signed reservation agreement is required. If your arrival date is within 4 – 6 weeks of your booking date, full payment and your signed reservation agreement is required.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT

The 50% balance of the booking total is to be settled 6 weeks prior to an arrival in peak seasons, 4 weeks prior to an arrival during season (Oct – April) and 2 weeks prior to an arrival out of season (May – Sept).

RESERVATION AGREEMENT

A booking agreement between the main guest & Cape Villa Rentals acting as the agent on behalf of the property is to be completed to confirm a booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable breakages deposit is held for all bookings. This is refunded within 7 days of departure where there are no damages beyond reasonable wear and tear.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The 50% deposit payment and the 50% balance payment are not refundable. In the event of a booking cancellation, any dates that can be resold will be refunded less a fair administration fee.  In the event of shortening a booking, any dates that can be resold will be refunded less a fair administration fee. 

INSURANCE

We advise that our guests take our travel insurance against cancellations and for any serious reasons out of control that may prohibit the guest from traveling.

SEASONS

Low season: 01 May – 31 August
Spring: 01 Sept’ – 31 October
High season: 01 November – 31 April
Peak seasons: 10 December – 20 January + Easter
