Nestled high up in the majestic Stellenbosch mountains on Helshoogte Pass is one of the finest and most beautifully designed wine estates I have ever visited. The Delaire Graff Estate and its flagship restaurant proved to be a truly world-class experience on our visit there last weekend.

The decor and art are exquisite hand-picked pieces and each a feature on its own. The ecletic yet overall modern nature of this restaurant, the sensational food and wine and flawless service all lived up to its strong recommendations from the local people. Try the Botmanskop Cabernet Sauvignon and the Beef Short Rib but sure to hear the story behind the wine!
